Jayden Daniels is enjoying a stellar rookie season with the Washington Commanders. Many believe that the quarterback is leading the race to win the Offensive Rookie of the Year award.
Daniels and the Commanders went on to narrowly beat the New Orleans Saints 20-19 at Caesars Superdome in Week 15 on Sunday. Fans also wanted to know how Daniels fared in the game.

Jayden Daniels continued his excellent run against the Saints in Week 15. The quarterback completed 25 of 31 passes for 226 yards and threw two touchdowns. He also rushed for 66 yards on 11 carries but did not rush into the end zone.
Daniels threw both his touchdown passes to Terry McLaurin. His first was a 16-yard TD pass in the first quarter and the second was a 3-yard TD pass in the second quarter.
Although Daniels did not get a touchdown in the second half, he managed to put the Commanders in good positions and was accurate with his throwing. He did not throw any interceptions either.
Furthermore, Daniels' 66 rushing yards also helped Washington get closer to the endzone. He was sacked eight times, but the Commanders also benefitted from his running game which allowed Greg Joseph to make two field goals.

With their win over the Saints, the Commanders improved to a 9-5 record. Washington is currently second in the NFC East, with a great chance of making the playoffs.
The Commanders will square off against divisional rival Philadelphia Eagles in Week 16.
