With fantasy football season underway, decisions about which player to start are going to be tough week in and week out. Finding the best running back is massive for your aspirations, and two of them are going to make it harder in Week 3.

Is Jaylen Warren a good pick in Week 3?

You should fade Warren in your fantasy leagues unless you don't have another viable option. He's RB2 in Pittsburgh, but this year, Najee Harris is getting even more carries for the team. And the Steelers won't have Troy Fautanu for the game after he was placed on the injured reserve.

He did have more carries in Week 2, amassing 42 rushing yards to go with two receptions for 19 more. But still, his production doesn't merit a starter spot in most teams. If you're playing in a longer league, though, he could find a pathway as a FLEX option for you.

Is Ty Chandler a good pick in Week 3?

Just like Warren, there are better options than Chandler out there. Even though he had a great performance against the San Francisco 49ers, it was clearly an outlier - and if you've watched the Texans defense on Sunday Night Football against the Chicago Bears, then you're well aware of what they're going to do with your offensive line.

Chandler is unlikely to have the same great game in Week 3 and he also registered no targets or receptions against San Francisco, so his impact in the passing game is minimal.

Whom should I start between Jaylen Warren and Ty Chandler in fantasy football Week 3?

While neither is an exciting fantasy option, you should still go with Warren as he provides value with the passing game as well. Last year, he broke some impressive runs with the ball in his hands and was used as a threat through the air as well.

But the honest truth, as the Sportskeeda's Start/Sit Optimizer makes it clear, is that none of these guys, barring a miracle, are going to be of much use to your team for Week 3. But, well, miracles do happen.
