He made his college debut in the 2019 season, but his playing time was limited to only three games, during which he served on special teams as a true freshman. In the subsequent season, he played in ten games and recorded a total of seven tackles.

In the 2021 season, he started in all 13 games and tallied a total of 102 tackles, including 65 solo tackles, 6.5 tackles for loss and a sack.

Taking into account his performance during the 2021 season, he was named the team’s captain for the 2022 season. Meeting everyone’s expectations, he concluded the season with a team-leading 82 tackles, comprising 45 solo tackles in all 12 games played.

He wrapped up the 2023 season with 76 tackles, including 41 solo tackles, 7.5 tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks. Notably, his remarkable performance earned him the First-Team CSC Academic All-American honor.

During his tenure, he won Georgia Class AAAA State Championships consecutively in 2017 and 2018.
