Joe Burrow fantasy outlook for Week 4

According to Sportskeeda's Start/Sit Optimizer, Burrow is due for a solid week. The Bengals quarterback is projected to earn 17.1 points in this week's showdown against the Baltimore Ravens. The reasoning for this is due to the Ravens' struggling defensive performances at times this season.

Despite the team pulling off a world-class performance against the Bills on Sunday Night Football, the unit is expected to return back to the mean this week.

Baker Mayfield fantasy outlook for Week 4

The Buccaneers quarterback is in the top two for touchdown passes this season. Aside from a tough outing against the Denver Broncos, Mayfield has been one of the best examples of what quality quarterback play should look like. According to Sportskeeda's Start/Sit Optimizer, the quarterback is expected to earn 17.8 points in this week's showdown against the Atlanta Falcons.

Mayfield, coming off a 30+ point week in most scoring leagues, is set for a comedown but still a usable performance. The Falcons are expected to use Bijan Robinson to keep Mayfield off the field, hindering his opportunities to produce.
