Jordan Love did not practice with his Green Bay teammates on Wednesday. However, the Packers are expected to monitor him closely throughout the week.

As things stand, there is still no indication that Love will play against the Lions on Sunday. If fantasy managers want to pick the Packers quarterback for Week 9, they should keep tabs on Love's progress at the end of the week and wait for him to get an active status before making a final decision.
Green Bay will host two more practice sessions, on Thursday and Friday, before hosting Detroit.
Love strained his groin in Green Bay's Week 8 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. He exited in the third quarter and did not return.
While there were initial fears that it could be a long-term problem, Love's MRI showed that the issue was not severe. Nonetheless, his status for Week 9 is still questionable.
Love has already missed two games this season with a knee sprain, both of which Green Bay won when Malik Willis was the starter.
Love has completed 124 of 201 pass attempts for 1,547 yards and thrown 15 touchdowns, with nine interceptions. He has tallied 108.7 fantasy points this season, averaging 18.1 points per game.
