Josh Allen is the current starting quarterback of the Buffalo Bills franchise in the National Football League (NFL). At the helm of the Bills' offense from 2018, Allen has been at the forefront of the turnaround this franchise has seen in the past few years. The now 27-year-old (as of December 2030) Allen was born on May 21, 1996, in Firebaugh, California. The two-time Pro Bowler grew up on his family farm about 40 miles west of Fresno, California and grew up as a fan of the Fresno State Bulldogs.

After spending one year at Reedley College, California, Allen transferred to the University of Wyoming and played the remaining three years of his college eligibility on the Wyoming Cowboys football team. Finally, Allen got his chance to show everyone what he could do on the football field and he had a good junior year passing for over 3,203 yards, with 28 touchdowns and 15 interceptions. He also added 7 rushing touchdowns.
Even though his numbers in his senior year were much lower, he was still expected to be a high draft pick in the upcoming 2018 NFL Draft with some even believing that he would be the number 1 overall pick.

In 2020, Allen led the Bills to the AFC Conference Game where they lost to the Kansas City Chiefs.
