Josh Allen led the Buffalo Bills to a 34-28 victory over the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday. Allen was excellent in the game, putting up a stat line of 232 yards and two touchdowns along with 39 rushing yards and two touchdowns.
However, during his second rushing touchdown of the game, it looked like Allen sustained a left-hand injury. It seemingly happened as he leaped over Cardinals safety Budda Baker to put his team up for good in the fourth quarter.
Let's take a look at the latest update regarding Allen and see whether the Pro Bowler will be able to suit up against the Miami Dolphins in Week 2.

Josh Allen's injury update
According to sports doctor Jesse Morse on X, Josh Allen might have sustained a sprain, bruise or fracture in his non-throwing hand.
The doctor wrote on X:
"If you watch this play, you can see he's holding the ball, and he holds his right elbow with his left hand and lands really hard on it, trying to keep hold of the ball. The adrenaline and the swelling probably hadn’t kicked in yet.
"In the best-case scenario, this is a sprain and a bruise, but there are several metacarpal bones in there that you can technically fracture. The good news is that this is his non-throwing hand.”
However, Allen sounded way more optimistic when asked about the hand injury after the game. Speaking to reporters, Allen said:
"We'll be aiiight."
Per ESPN, the quarterback said he was "fine" and added he would be waiting for the medical team to come to a conclusion.
"Again, we'll find out. I'm not quite sure," Allen said. "I'm not a doctor. But just kind of landed on it, I guess."
The Bills play the Miami Dolphins on "Thursday Night Football" in Week 2. Their fan base will hope that their superstar quarterback is fit enough to start against the Dolphins.
