Las Vegas Raiders running back Josh Jacobs is playing his fourth season in the NFL. The Raiders will face the Kansas City Chiefs in their last game on January 7 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Jacobs is one name in the spotlight ahead of Saturday's matchup.

The running back is questionable ahead of the game against the Chiefs. Jacobs is dealing with a hip injury and missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday for personal reasons.

The Raiders suffered a 34-37 loss against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 17 and are currently 6-10 this season. They are placed third in the AFC West behind the Los Angeles Chargers and ahead of the Denver Broncos. The Raiders have already been eliminated from the 2022 NFL playoffs.

The Raiders have nothing to play for in their final game of the season, but Jacobs definitely has a reason to feature in the game against the Kansas City Chiefs on Saturday.

He presently leads the NFL in runs with 1,608 yards and can essentially ensure himself a rushing title in 2022 with a strong performance against the Chiefs. He's also only 151 yards away from shattering Marcus Allen's single-season franchise rushing record.

Will Josh Jacobs play in Week 18?

Josh Jacobs will most likely play in the season finale game. Jacobs himself has stated his wish to play in Saturday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Jacobs has started in all sixteen games this season and is also popular among fantasy managers. He has rushed for 1,608 yards in 323 rushing attempts and scored 12 touchdowns.

He scored 15.5 fantasy points in the previous game and has been an integral part of the Raiders offense. He had scored 11 touchdowns before the last game, but that has increased to 12. So far this season, he has earned 270.3 fantasy points and is entering Week 18 as a top wide receiver.

If you have Josh Jacobs on your roster, we recommend starting him in Week 18.
