Las Vegas Raiders running back Josh Jacobs is playing his fourth season in the NFL. The Raiders will face the New England Patriots on December 18 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Jacobs is one name in the spotlight ahead of Sunday's matchup.
The running back is questionable ahead of the game against the Patriots. Jacobs injured his pinkie finger in last week's game against the Los Angeles Rams. Even after the injury, he returned but was in discomfort throughout the game.
The Raiders suffered a 16-17 loss against the Rams in Week 14 and are currently 5-8 this season. They are placed third in the AFC West behind the Los Angeles Chargers and ahead of the Denver Broncos.

The Raiders reported after the game that X-rays on the finger did not detect a break, but Jacobs seemed to be in pain. On the other hand, Jacobs stayed in the game and still managed to score a touchdown while rushing for 99 yards in 27 rushing attempts.
He had to undergo tests on his injured finger, but his team has stated nothing regarding the results. Jacobs was a limited participant in the team's practice session on Wednesday. The following two days will decide his playing status on Sunday.
Seeing Jacobs return in Week 14 after the injury was a good sign, and we can assume he will suit up against the Patriots in the upcoming game. If Jacobs remains inactive, Zamir White and Ameer Abdullah will split the roles for the running back duties.
Josh Jacobs entered the game with a doubtful tag due to quadriceps and calf injuries, and we can now add a finger to his list of ailments. Jacobs has started in all thirteen games this season and is also popular among fantasy managers.
He scored 17.4 fantasy points in the previous game and has been an integral part of the Raiders offense. He had scored ten touchdowns before the last game, but that has increased to eleven. In the previous three games, he has earned 78.7 fantasy points and is entering Week 15 as a top wide receiver.
If you have Josh Jacobs on your roster, we recommend starting him in Week 15.
