Kadarius Toney, who was last a wide receiver for the Cleveland Browns as of 2024, was born on January 27, 1999. He was drafted by the New York Giants as the 20th pick in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft. He went to Blount High School and graduated as a three-star recruit; he joined the University of Florida in 2017. In 2020, he was named to the second-team All-American and first-team All-SEC. Further, being one of the most versatile players during his college career, he was a finalist for the 2020 Paul Hornung Award.

Midway through the 2022 season, Toney was traded by the Giants to the Kansas City Chiefs, during which he won the Super Bowl LVII and LVIII consecutively. However, he was cut before the 2024 NFL season because of on-field issues the following season. In September 2024, he signed with the Browns for their practice squad but was promoted to the active roster in December. According to Pro Football Reference, he has played in 35 games, recording 82 receptions for 760 receiving yards and three touchdowns, along with 23 attempts for 115 rushing yards and one touchdown, as of December 2024.
