After enjoying a bye last week, the Kansas City Chiefs will be looking to continue their perfect start to the season on the road against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 7.
The Chiefs, who are now 5-0 on the season, defeated the New Orleans Saints 26–13 at home in their most recent game. Although they have seen some offensive challenges this season, their strong defense has helped them establish an 11-game winning streak that dates back to Week 17 of the previous year.
Kansas City Chiefs injury report
Defensive end Mike Danna (pectoral strain) of the Kansas City Chiefs won't be available against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday after being DNP in practice throughout the week.

Running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire (illness), wide receiver Mecole Hardman (knee), wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster (hamstring) and defensive tackle Derrick Nnadi (triceps) are the other four players the team listed on their final injury report on Friday. Out of the four, only Smith-Schuster is considered questionable going into the road game.
Edwards-Helaire, Hardman and Nnadi were all active participants during the three practice days this week, and they will be available on Sunday.
Clyde Edwards-Helaire injury update
Running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire, who missed the Chiefs' first five games of the season, will be available on Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers.
After being added to the non-football illness list during the preseason, CEH was taken off of it on Tuesday. He was then able to log three full practice participations on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Mecole Hardman injury update
With Rashee Rice and Marquise "Hollywood" Brown, two of the Kansas City Chiefs' top wideouts, out with injuries, Mecole Hardman may play a significant role in the offense moving forward.
Hardman, though, was listed as having a knee issue in the team's injury report this week. The good news is that he did not have to miss any practice due to the injury. Hardman is fit to play against the 49ers on Sunday afternoon after participating in three complete practices this week.
JuJu Smith-Schuster injury update
The Chiefs first added wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster to their injury report on Thursday with a limited designation due to a hamstring injury. The star wide receiver then followed that up with another limited participation in Friday's practice.
Despite Smith-Schuster's questionable status going into Sunday, there have been reports that the team is hopeful he will play.
