Kenny Pickett is an American football quarterback for the Philadelphia Eagles as of the 2024 NFL season. The Pittsburgh Steelers drafted Pickett as the 20th overall pick in the first round of the 2022 NFL Draft. In March 2024, Pickett was traded by the Pittsburgh Steelers to the Philadelphia Eagles in exchange for third and fourth-round picks in 2024 and two seventh-round picks in 2025. In prior two seasons with the Steelers, Pickett compiled a record of 14-10 as a starter while completing 446 passes for 4,474 passing yards and 13 touchdowns in 24 games (via Pro Football Reference). He was also the 2022 ACC Athlete of the Year.
Kenny Pickett attended Ocean Township High School, where, in the 2017 graduating class, he was ranked as the 21st-best prospect in the state. The coaches in the division recognized Pickett as New Jersey's Class B North, according to the Asbury Park Press. He finished with 43 touchdowns and 4,670 throwing yards, as well as 17 touchdowns and 873 rushing yards.
