Khalil Mack is a professional American footballer who plays in the National Football League (NFL) as a linebacker and was drafted as the 5th overall pick by the Oakland Raiders in the 2014 NFL draft, making him the highest selected Buffalo player ever.

He signed a deal of 4 years of really worth $18.67 million with the Raiders. In a match against the New York Jets he made his NFL debut where in the following match he recorded six tackles. In the Oakland Raiders versus the Denver Broncoos game, he tied a franchise record for sacks in a game of defensive end Howie Long. Mack was ranked 13th by his teammates on the Top 100 NFL Players of 2016.

Khalil Mack recorded six tackles and the first sack of the 2016 season in a following game against the Ravens. In the following weeks, he become one of the most important game changing factors and proved his worth in the team by helping them win many games and due to his brilliant performance he was named as the NFL Defensive Player of the Year. He was traded to the Chicago Bears and shortly after this, he extended his deal with the Bears for 6 extra years well worth $141 million. He also got awards for being truly good at playing defense and was ranked third by his teammates in the Top 100 Players of NFL 2019.

In the upcoming seasons, Mack reached new heights in his career with the Chicago Bears and after playing with them for 3 seasons, the Bears traded him to the Los Angeles Chargers. In a game against his former group, Las Vegas Raiders which was his debut match with the Chargers he recorded three sacks and one rushed fumble.

He got picked as the fifth player by the Oakland Raiders which was a big deal because no one from his college had been picked so high before. He also changed his uniform number from 46 to 52 to follow the rules of the league.
