
Kirk Daniel Cousins is an American football quarterback for the Atlanta Falcons in the NFL. The Washington Redskins selected Cousins as the 102nd pick in the fourth round of the 2012 NFL Draft. During his initial three years with the Redskins/Commanders, he served as a backup to Robert Griffin III. However, he was named a starter for the 2015 NFL season and recorded 379 passes for 4166 yards and 29 touchdowns.
