Kyle Pitts is a professional American footballer who plays in the National Football League as a tight end for the Atlanta Falcons. Pitts' professional career in the NFL began in the year 2021 when he was selected by the Atlanta Falcons in the first round of the NFL draft of 2021.

After being selected by the Falcons Pitts signed a deal of four years with them worth $32.9 million. He made his official NFL debut in the 2021 season in a game against the Philadelphia Eagles where he recorded four receptions for 31 yards. Pitts recorded the first touchdown of his NFL career in a game against the New York Jets. He continued his excellent performance throughout the 2021 season and finished with 68 receptions for 1,026 yards and a touchdown. He was also ranked at 91st by his peers in the list of Top 100 NFL Players 2022 list.

Pitts continued his momentum in the 2022 season where in a match against the Seattle Seahawks he recorded five receptions for 87 yards. In a game against the San Francisco 49ers, Pitts recorded his first touchdown of the season. Pitts suffered a knee injury in a match against the Chicago Bears and later revealed that Pitts had torn his MCL. Due to this injury, Pitts's season was cut short and he finished the following season with 28 receptions for 356 yards and two touchdowns. He bounced back in 2023 and matched the total touchdown production of the last two years combined.

Before coming into the NFL, Pitts played college football with the Florida Gators football team. In 2018, Pitts finished his freshman season and in the following season, he recorded three receptions for 73 yards and a touchdown. He continued his excellent performance throughout his college career and in his junior year in 2020, he gained 770 yards on 43 receptions. He decided to not participate in his senior year and instead entered in the draft of NFL 2021.
