Kyren Lawrence Williams is an American football running back and punt returner for the Los Angeles Rams in the NFL. The Rams drafted Williams with the 164th pick in the fifth round of the 2022 NFL Draft. Williams played in 10 games during his debut season and recorded a total of nine receptions for 76 yards and 35 rushes for 139 yards. The following season, Williams concluded the season with 11 starts, 32 receptions for 206 yards and three receiving touchdowns, in addition to 228 carries for 1,144 running yards and 12 rushing touchdowns. On the NFL Top 100 Players of 2024, he was ranked 78th by his teammates.
Williams played collegiate football at the University of Notre Dame from 2019-2021. Williams concluded his freshman season with four appearances, hauling four carries for 26 yards and one reception for three yards.
