The Los Angeles Rams had a slow start to their 2024 season (1-4). They recovered in the second half of the season after going on a five-game winning streak in December to secure the NFC West crown and an NFL postseason berth.
The Rams are now preparing for their final game of the regular season while sitting third in the NFC playoff picture. On Sunday, they will take on the Seattle Seahawks, who have had a disappointing campaign but will still finish second in the NFC West.
After winning four consecutive games following their bye week, the Seahawks were sitting on top of the NFC West division. However, back-to-back losses to the Green Bay Packers and the Minnesota Vikings in December mean they will not be playing in the postseason this season for the second year in a row.

Rams injury report for Week 18
The Los Angeles Rams have an almost clean injury report ahead of their regular season finale. Only two players appeared on the team's practice report on Wednesday to start the week, but wideout Tutu Atwell joined in to make it three names on the report on Thursday.
It is unknown why Atwell did not participate in Thursday's practice; the team categorized him as "NIR-Personal," raising doubts about his availability for the upcoming game against the Seattle Seahawks.
Offensive lineman Rob Havenstein, who has been struggling with a shoulder issue since last week, did not participate in Los Angeles' practice on Wednesday and Thursday as well. He was unable to play in last week's game against the Arizona Cardinals due to the same shoulder injury. Joe Noteboom started in his place and helped the team secure a 13–9 win.
Head coach Sean McVay described Havenstein's shoulder injury as "such a freak thing that happened in practice" last Sunday.
“It was one of those just awkward collisions," McVay said. "It didn't look like much, but when you look at the scan, there was something there that said there was a strain, and you want to be smart with that. He's going to do everything in his power to be ready to roll."
This week, McVay said Havenstein won't play on Sunday, but he will prepare to return for the first round of the playoffs.
The only Rams player who participated in limited practice on Thursday was wide receiver Jordan Whittington, who is still recovering from an ankle injury. Although he is expected to play a part on Sunday, since the team is likely to sit Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp, his involvement in that game might be limited.
