Ladd McConkey fantasy projection for Week 17

The 2024 draft class has certainly delivered a few surprises. Marvin Harrison Jr., once touted as a generational WR prospect, has yet to live up to the hype. On the other hand, playmakers like Ladd McConkey and Jaguars rookie Brian Thomas Jr. have stepped up, making strong cases for Rookie of the Year honors.

Last week, McConkey caught six passes for 87 yards in a Thursday night win over the Denver Broncos, significantly impacting the AFC Playoff Picture. Though those were modest numbers for the rookie, the Chargers will face a struggling Patriots defense this week.

There's a fair chance McConkey registers higher numbers and possibly even a touchdown when they take on New England this week.

Tee Higgins fantasy projection for Week 17

The Cincinnati Bengals currently find themsleves outside the NFL Playoff picture but that is not due to their offense led by Joe Burrow, Ja'Marr Chase, Tee Higgins and Andrei Iosivas.

The offense has been performing exceptionally well, while the highly-paid defensive line has been struggling throughout the season. From a fantasy perspective, you really can't go wrong with anyone who has decent volume in this unit, including Tee Higgins.

The issue is that Higgins appeared on the injury report this week, casting doubt on his availability. He is nursing ankle and knee injuries, and while he is expected to suit up against Denver on Saturday, his performance is likely to be affected.
