Lamar Jackson's contract situation with the Baltimore Ravens hasn't been resolved yet. The Ravens have used the non-exclusive franchise tag on him, and the quarterback is free to negotiate a deal with another team.
However, as of now, no team is willing to offer Jackson a contract, and that has left many tensed. UFC President Dana White recently appeared on the Pat McAfee Show and offered a piece of advice to the Ravens quarterback.

It's true that Jackson's lack of representation has caused him more trouble than good, as he has been unable to reach an agreement with the Baltimore Ravens after years of negotiating.
Hopefully, Lamar Jackson will be able to resolve his problem soon, and maybe he will listen to and follow Dana White's advice regarding successful contract negotiations.
