The Los Angeles Rams would not have expected to start the 2024 NFL season in the way they did. The NFC giants have been affected by a surge of injuries right from Game 1 against the Detroit Lions.
Despite this, the Rams have held up well, heading into the Week 4 game against the Chicago Bears with a 1-2 record. They beat the San Francisco 49ers last week, who were six-point favorites heading into the game. Sean McVay has put on a coaching masterclass while dealing with injuries on the roster. How will the Rams roster look this week against the Bears? Let's find out.
Los Angeles Rams injury report for Week 4
The Los Angeles Rams have been handicapped on the offense with significant injuries to star wide receivers Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua. Kupp has been ruled out for the Week 4 game against the Chicago Bears. Nacua is currently on the injury reserve, so count him out as well. The injuries have also piled up on the offensive line with OL Steve Avila, Jonah Jackson and Joe Noteboom all missing time.

Davis Allen, who has been suffering from a back injury was listed as questionable for Sunday. The Rams tight end was limited at practice this week. Guard Logan Bruss, cornerback Tre'Davious White, offensive tackles Rob Havenstein and Alaric Jackson were all listed on the injury report on Friday.
Head coach Sean McVay said that barring Kupp, everyone on the injury report "should be good" to go against the Bears.

Cooper Kupp injury status
Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp suffered an ankle injury in the Week 2 clash against the Arizona Cardinals. He was spotted with a cast on his left foot. Kupp missed last week's game against the San Francisco 49ers due to the ankle injury.
Earlier this week, The Athletic's Jourdan Rodrigue reported that Kupp is no longer wearing the cast on his leg. Head coach McVay said that the wide receiver has been "attacking every single day" in his rehab and will not be available for the Bears game.
While McVay is not putting any pressure on Kupp's return, Sports Medicine Physician Jesse Morse believes that the Rams WR could be eyeing a Week 7 return.
Puka Nacua injury status
Puka Nacua's injury has been a big blow for the Los Angeles Rams. The star wide receiver was expected to take a major leap in his sophomore year. But he suffered a knee injury in Week 1. Nacua was placed on the injury reserve after the Lions game.
Jourdan Rodrigue reported that Nacua has a compression sleeve on his leg and and has been working with the strength and conditioning staff. Dr. Jesse Morse believes this is progress for the Rams wide receiver. He expects Nacua to return in Week 8 for an NFC bout against the Minnesota Vikings.
