Luke Kandra is an offensive guard who formerly represented Cincinnati and Louisville from 2020 to 2024. He played for the University of Louisville from 2020 to 2022 before taking his talents to his hometown, Cincinnati, in 2023. After not seeing any game-day action in 2020, Kandra went on to play in 14 games in his last two years with the Cardinals. After joining the Cincinnati Bearcats football program, Kandra went on to become a mainstay on the team’s offensive line, playing in all 24 games in 2023 and 2024. The offensive lineman lined up at the right guard for the majority of his snaps at Cincinnati and earned a 76.7 grade from PFF for his 2024 season campaign, according to Pro Football Focus.

Before enrolling at Louisville, Luke Kandra, a Cincinnati, Ohio native (according to NFL’s official website), attended Elder High School. He was a two-way football player at Elder, playing both as an offensive guard and defensive tackle under the tutelage of head coach Doug Ramsey, as per University of Louisville Athletics’s official website.
