#1 Franchise Mode
Franchise Mode is one of Madden's most popular features. It features the ability to improve players during the NFL season. Also, you can hire and fire scouts, with each scout having a primary and secondary focus.
Furthermore, in franchise mode, you can hire and fire offensive and defensive coordinators. After hiring a coordinator, you can improve the attributes with XP points gained from winning football games. Superstar Mode in Madden 25 is a player-driven mode that lets you create and develop your very own NFL player. You can go from Combine prospect to Pro Football Hall of Famer in this mode.
