Baltimore's Mark Andrews and Jacksonville's Evan Engram have both been a bit of a disappointment in 2024. Whether through injuries or through poor performances, they are playing well below the expectations this season and this reflects on fantasy football as well.
Fantasy football season is nearing the playoffs, and making the correct decisions is crucial. Between these two players, the correct pick could be the difference-maker for your Week 10 matchup.
Is Mark Andrews a good pick in Week 10?
Andrews has returned to feature on the Ravens' passing offense, but none of his numbers has impressed. After nine games this season, he has just 289 receiving yards and 4 touchdowns; last season, in 10 games, he had 544 yards and 6 touchdowns.

The Cincinnati Bengals have not done a great job defensively, but the Ravens' gameplan is likely to run the ball a lot - Baltimore averages 5.9 yards per carry, 0.6 more than any other team in the league. The volume for the tight end is likely to be minimal: he has just 15 targets over the past four games.
Is Evan Engram a good pick in Week 10?
Since his return from injury, Engram's numbers have not impressed. He had a monstrous game right when he returned, with 10 receptions out of 10 targets and 102 receiving yards against the Chicago Bears, but he has just 116 receiving yards and a touchdown in the three subsequent games.
The matchup against the Minnesota Vikings isn't favorable. Brian Flores' defense and its aggressive scheme limited Joe Flacco to just over 50% of completed passes and no touchdowns last week. Trevor Lawrence has 11 touchdowns and 6 interceptions this season and he completes just 61.3% of his passes, so Engram isn't likely to garner much volume as well.
Our model isn't happy with any of the options, but the Sportskeeda Start/Sit Optimizer has Engram overperforming a bit. None of these players are going to have impressive days, but Engram's volume, with just under six receptions, has him projected two and a half points over the Andrews for the upcoming week.
