A handful of players, including running back MarShawn Lloyd, have been listed as limited practice participants in the Green Bay Packers injury report this week leading up to their Week 2 game against the Indianapolis Colts, scheduled for Sunday.
Lloyd has not appeared in games for the Packers since he suffered a hamstring injury during the preseason opener on August 10.
With AJ Dillon on the injured reserve, Lloyd was expected to start the season as the team's backup running back, behind Josh Jacobs. But because of his own hamstring injury, Emanuel Wilson now appears to be the Packers' RB2.

Lloyd did not play against the Philadelphia Eagles last week, even though he practiced all three days ahead of the Week 1 game in Brazil. He practiced on Wednesday and Thursday, though in limited capacities, so it remains to be seen if the same fate befalls him this week.
Lloyd's participation in practice is good in itself, but it would be even better if he could log any full practice session before Sunday's game.
Fantasy managers should monitor Lloyd's status ahead of Sunday's game against the Colts. If the USC product makes his NFL debut in Week 2, he will most likely continue to line up behind Josh Jacobs in Green Bay's backfield.
MarShawn Lloyd injury update: What happened to the Packers' RB?
The Green Bay Packers selected MarShawn Lloyd as the 88th overall pick in the third round of the 2024 NFL draft. But the 23-year-old running back's professional career has not started the way he had wanted.
Lloyd missed the start of the Packers' training camp as well as OTAs due to a hip injury. He was injured again after full recovery from that hip issue, spraining his hamstring in the team's opening preseason game in August.
MarShawn Lloyd informed reporters that he had been playing through a hamstring injury during training camp following the Packers' preseason game against the Cleveland Browns last month.
In the opening preseason game of the season, Lloyd registered one rush for eight yards and one catch for one yard before he was forced to depart due to his hamstring issues.
Following his transfer from South Carolina to USC in the 2023 offseason, Lloyd played just one season for the Trojans, logging 116 carries for 820 yards and nine touchdowns, along with 13 receptions for 232 yards and two touchdowns.
