Transitioning from school to college-level football Lynch showcased his abilities at the University of California Berkeley. During this time period, he achieved milestones including two Pac 10 selections and being honored with the Pac 10 Offensive Player of the Year award in 2006. By the end of his college career, Lynch had amassed statistics—3,230 rushing yards and 24 touchdowns.

In 2007 an opportunity arose when Lynch was drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the round—an invitation to step into the NFL world.

After spending four seasons with the Bills Lynch made a move, to the Seattle Seahawks in 2010.

Although Lynch retired in 2017 it wasn't the end of his story. He made a return in 2018 donning the colors of the Oakland Raiders. A year later Lynch's final performance cemented his legacy.

Lynch's impressive stats speak for themselves—169 season games played 19 playoff appearances, 10,402 rushing yards gained and an astonishing total of 84 touchdowns scored. The pinnacle came in 2014 when Lynch orchestrated the Seattle Seahawks' maiden Super Bowl triumph. Marshawn blazed a trail with 109 yards and two touchdowns. This was in the NFC Championship Game. His prowess continued to shine in Super Bowl XLVIII, where he garnered 124 yards and a touchdown against the Denver Broncos, culminating in an iconic victory.
