Maxen Hook is a former collegiate safety who represented the Toldeo Rockets. He kickstarted his collegiate career in 2020 by playing for the Toledo Rockets football program in the Mid-American Conference. From 2020 to 2024, he appeared in 52 games. He made his collegiate debut against Bowling Green in 2020. He went on to become a mainstay in the Rockets' secondary since his first year and went on to get the starting snaps from 2021 when he started 11 of 13 games he played in.
