The Michigan-born defensive end, Maxx Robert Crosby is a professional American football player for the Las Vegas Raiders. Crosby was the 106th pick in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL draft for the Oakland Raiders. In his debut game, Crosby recorded six tackles. He had his first career sack in Week 5 against the Chicago Bears. By the end of his rookie season, Crosby had a total of 47 tackles, 10 sacks and four forced fumbles. The following season, Crosby recorded 39 tackles and seven sacks. In 2021, by the Associated Press, Crosby was named as a second-team All-Pro edge rusher. A year later, Crosby extended his contract with the Raiders for four more years. In the 2023 season, Crosby recorded two forced fumbles and 90 tackles.

Crosby along with earning his degree in communications committed to Eastern Michigan University for his college football career. In 2017 and 2018, Crosby was named the First Team All-MAC. He finished his collegiate football with 162 tackles and 8 forced fumbles. Crosby attended Colleyville Heritage High School where along with football he played varsity basketball. As a senior, Crosby recorded 62 tackles, six sacks and two forced fumbles. In his junior season, he was named second-team All-District.
