The last Super Bowl appearance for the Vikings came in 1977 at Super Bowl XI. They faced the Raiders who defeated them 32-14. The Vikings have since not made it to any Super Bowls and their last NFC Championship game was in 2018 against the Philadelphia Eagles. They lost 38-7 in overtime, missing out on a Super Bowl appearance.
