Minnesota Vikings vs. Los Angeles Rams: Box score, player stats and game summary feat. Justin Jefferson, Cooper Kupp
The Minnesota Vikings and Los Angeles Rams rematched on Monday under unusual circumstances. Normally the Wild Card Game would be held at Inglewood's Sofi Stadium, but wildfires in Southern California forced a relocation to Glendale's State Farm Stadium, home of the Arizona Cardinals.

Nevertheless, the agenda of Sam Darnold's squad was clear: Revenge. The first time out, the referees had failed to see Byron Young grab his mask. That sparked something within the Vikings – they would go on a 10-win streak that was ended only in the season finale when the Detroit Lions clinched the NFC North, the top seed and a first-round bye at their expense.

Minnesota Vikings vs. Los Angeles Rams game summary
The Rams struck first via a Kyren Williams short pass:

They then forced a punt on the Vikings' first drive, which they punished with a field goal.
The Vikings would not score until early in the second quarter via a field goal. Then they got a sack on Matthew Stafford on the next drive, causing a punt. Sam Darnold was sacked in the ensuing drive, seemingly causing yet another punt – only for Jacob Hummel to hit Ryan Wright for a penalty and a new set of downs.

However, they squandered that opportunity: after entering the opposing 43, Darnold was picked off by Cobie Durant. The Rams failed to capitalize, being forced to punt – only for Ahkello Witherspoon to sack Darnold, causing a fumble that Jared Verse retrieved for six:

Then they did it again on the next drive, causing a turnover on downs with a sack, then turning it into a Davis Allen touchdown just before halftime:

The second half began with the Rams forcing a punt on the vikings’ opening drive, then punishing it with a field goal.
Finally, however, the Vikings scored a touchdown courtesy of TJ Hockenson, but hey whiffed on the two-pointer:
Both teams then exchanged punts on the next three drives. The Vikings then committed a turnover on downs, forced a punt in response, then lost the ball on downs again to end the game.
