Tyreek Hill's future with the Miami Dolphins has been in doubt since they finished the season without qualifying for the playoffs. He commented that his time is done there, which led to speculation that he is looking to move to a different franchise that can compete regularly for the Super Bowl.
Now, Chris Long has weighed in on it and said that the wide receiver will be an asset if he joins the Packers. Given Matt LaFleur's penchant for having people in pre-snap motion in Green Bay, the two-time Super Bowl winner said that the speedy player could be an added threat in those play-designs. He continued by noting that it would open up passing lanes for deep throws, saying,
"The case for Tyreek in Green Bay is this - they've already got a guy they run a ton of cheap motion. You get two of those motherf*ckers running across the field. And then, you know, you talk about the run game that comes off it, and the deep shots."
Chris Long further noted that Tyreek Hill was struggling with underthrown balls in Miami from Tua Tagovailoa and that will change if he is with the Packers because Jordan Love has a big arm. He dismissed the statistics that say otherwise pointing out that the film suggests the only reason the Dolphins' deep ball plays look good is because of the wide receiver's talent.

Chris Long acknowledged that there might be some initial hesitation after it seemed that Tyreek Hill quit on his previous team but said that Green Bay could get over it quickly once they see what the player brings to the team, commenting,
"I understand that when you tell a Dolphins fan they couldn't get them deep ball, they throw a bunch of numbers at you. Let's watch the film, and watch all the plays that are left on the field, and plays that he has to go out of his way to make spectacular catches because the ball is underthrown and that sort of thing. Jordan Love's got a big league arm... Once you get over the quitting on your team thing... who gives a f*ck?"
Tyreek Hill could revive his and Packers' fortunes should he leave the Miami Dolphins for Green Bay
Not only could the Green Bay Packers benefit from having Tyreek Hill, but the wide receiver could too. Since leaving the Kansas City Chiefs, he has seen his former team win two Super Bowls without him while he has not won a single playoff game during his time with the Miami Dolphins. By joining Green Bay, which regularly makes the postseason, he could reclaim his legacy by making another championship run.
