San Francisco 49ers' star defensive end Nick Bosa had decided to part ways with Florida Condo. Bosa has put his luxurious condo up for sale and according to TMZ, the real estate's business dealings have been handled by his mother, Cheryl Bosa, a licensed real estate agent.
Bosa's condo is a three-bedroom, 2,500-square-foot property with a 2.5-bathroom pad, located in his hometown of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. According to the publication, Bosa expects a solid deal for about $1.75 million for his estate.
The listed property has high-end facilities, such as a top-class kitchen featuring a built-in espresso maker and high-quality cooking appliances. The floors and walls are also covered with wooden flooring and marble tiles.
What's more interesting about this property is that it offers a private beach, and the view can be enjoyed from each balcony. Nick Bosa bought this property in July 2019 after joining the 49ers as second overall pick of the 2019 NFL draft.
