"Aaron Rodgers broke this team": NFL fans react to Garrett Wilson's sideline outburst vs Jaguars

Aaron Rodgers is seemingly losing his locker room. In Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, the New York Jets were struggling to keep up with the Jaguars who are playing without their veteran QB, Trevor Lawrence. But one team member was not going to endure the Jets recording another loss.

At the time of writing, the Jets were leading 25-22, looking to snap their four-game losing streak.

In a viral video, Garrett Wilson could be seen mouthing some words on the sidelines, his face animated with frustration while his team was down in the scoreboard.

"If it’s one-on-one, throw the fade," Garrett Wilson said.

Fans reacted to Wilson's outburst, with one claiming that the 4x NVL MVP was breaking the team apart.

"Rodgers broke this team 😭"

Another fan said that Rodgers was beyond just plain washed.

"Aaron Rodgers is washed, rinsed, and repeated at this point."

Other fans also expressed their disappointment at how the season had turned out for the Jets who had high hopes after Rodgers had recovered from his Achilles injury.

"Jets wasting talent, get him out of New York and onto a team like the Broncos," one fan said.

"Yeah cause he has a slow 40 year old throwing him the ball lol." another fan wrote.

"Jets are in shambles and I feel bad," one fan lamented.

"Can’t blame him Rodgers s**ks," another fan commented.

Aaron Rodgers and Garrett Wilson had a strong start

Earlier in the game, however, it looked like Aaron Rodgers and Wilson could secure the game for their team. After the Jaguars had set the scoreboard rolling with their touchdown, Rodgers threw the ball for a 22-yard touchdown to Garrett Wilson.

After that high, however, things started going south for the team. At the end of the third quarter, the wideout had just recorded 41 yards and caught 2 of his 4 targets.

The Jets had the ball in the third quarter, however, their drive was cut short when Rodgers got sacked at the 25-yard line by Jaguars defenders. This is when Wilson gave his viral reaction. The team was forced to settle for a field goal instead.
