Aaron Rodgers has a strong personality on and off the field. The New York Jets quarterback is known for some of his opinions out of football, and with the team not doing well at this point, everything that he says will gain traction, no matter the subject.
Recently, a discussion about UFOs flying over New Jersey have taken place, with the American government not being able to provide an explanation of what's happening at the moment.
The Jets quarterback, during his weekly appearance at Pat McAfee's show, spoke about the subject, mentioning the recent discussion that happened in congress and bringing light to a subject that's not always in the minds of the public:

“Do you know what’s been going on in New Jersey lately? And I’m not talking about the football. There’s been some crazy things going on. There’s been some drones in the sky in Jersey. What the hell is that? 'Maybe it's some kids messing around. maybe not, though. I'm thinking about having a Friday night 5E experience. It's where you have a big kind of meditation circle and then you call in the aliens and you use little green lasers to bring them in"
Rodgers uses his appearance at the Pat McAfee show to talk about many subjects, not only football-related. He used the show, however, to announce his decision in early 2023 that he wanted to move to the New York Jets.
Remaining games for Aaron Rodgers, New York Jets
The quarterback and the team are in the middle of one of the most disappointing seasons in the Jets' history. They are already officially eliminated from playoff contention, with four weeks to go:
- Week 15: at Jacksonville Jaguars
- Week 16: vs Los Angeles Rams
- Week 17: at Buffalo Bills
- Week 18: vs Miami Dolphins
There are many analysts who believe that Rodgers will not play for the New York Jets beyond the 2024 season, with owner Woody Johnson not happy with his performance. Head coach Robert Saleh and general manager Joe Douglas were fired before the end of the season, while the franchise sits with a 3-10 record.
