One of the more intriguing college football games in Week 11 featured the Colorado Buffaloes facing the Texas Tech Red Raiders. With a 41-27 victory, the Buffaloes improved to 7-2 on the season as the Red Raiders fell to 6-4.

Before the game ended, former Green Bay Packers and Colorado offensive lineman David Bakhtiari made a bold offer to Kansas City Chiefs quarterback and Texas Tech alum, Patrick Mahomes.

Bakhtiari made a friendly offer, saying if Mahomes' Red Raiders beat his Colorado Buffaloes, he would sign with the Chiefs to block for him.

Bakhtiari Tweeted:

"Hey @PatrickMahomes, if your @TexasTechFB beat my @CUBuffsFootball, I’ll come play left tackle for you."

Well, looks like the rich won't get richer because Colorado won.

If Bakhtiari, who is currently a free agent, joined the Chiefs, he could provide some solid depth on the offensive line. He played with the Green Bay Packers from 2013-2023 and was named a Pro Bowler three times and has been named to five All-Pros.

Before Patrick Mahomes made a name for himself as one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL, he made a name for himself in college at Texas Tech.

Mahomes only started four games as a freshman, going 1-3 in those starts. He threw for 16 touchdowns, four interceptions, and 1,547 yards. As a sophomore, he went 7-6, throwing for 4,653 yards, 36 touchdowns, and 15 interceptions.

As a junior, in his last collegiate season, Mahomes threw for 5,052 yards, 41 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions. In his career, he threw for 11,252 yards, 93 touchdowns, and 23 interceptions. His college career led to the Chiefs trading up for him in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft.

Entering Week 10, the Kansas City Chiefs remain the only undefeated team in the NFL. The Chiefs boast an 8-0 record and hold the No. 1 seed in the AFC and are in first place in the AFC West division.

This week, the Chiefs host their rivals, the Denver Broncos at 1:00 p.m. Denver enters Sunday's game with a 5-4 record and has won two of its last three games.

The Chiefs are looking to make history as they look to become the first team in NFL history to win three Super Bowls in a row.

With an 8-0 start, the Chiefs are only a few weeks and wins away from clinching a playoff spot.
