Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers have had a very tough season due to the transition period from Davante Adams to new and young receivers. There were doubts about Rodgers' future heading into this season, but the veteran quarterback signed a new deal to stay in Green Bay.
Despite that, many believe that Rodgers could retire after this season if things don't work with his new receiving core.
The Packers are set to face the Miami Dolphins in a must-win game this week, and Rodgers talked about his future with the Packers ahead of it.

Here's what Rodgers said about his thoughts on the future with the Green Bay Packers:
"First and foremost is going to be my own physical and mental health and how I'm feeling about committing to, you know, another year to three down the road, that grind. But those relationships are really important to me."
He continued:
"It's more than just those guys, I think there are three or four other guys on offense who have kind of unsettled futures. So I'm sure you know, keeping those guys around would definitely give me something to look forward to."
Rodgers added:
"Because those relationships are so important to me, but also important the roles that they play on our football team..."
The Packers themselves would love to have clarity on Aaron Rodgers' future as they are in a very tough situation. Jordan Love showed glimpses of excellence during his cameo in the game against the Philadelphia Eagles. If Rodgers decides to move away from the team, it might be the right time for Love to take over.
However, none of that is certain yet as Aaron Rodgers may return to play for the Packers next season. He is starting to get on the same page with both Christian Watson and Romeo Doubs, both of whom will be critical to the Packers' success in the future.
The Packers are underdogs in their game against the Miami Dolphins this week:
Aaron Rodgers and the Packers are still in the race for the playoffs
Despite a terrible middle stretch of the season, the Green Bay Packers have managed to stay alive in the race to the playoffs. They have a tough test against the Miami Dolphins this week, and if they win that game, they could find themselves in a great situation.
Aaron Rodgers still has a chance to take this team to the playoffs, and we can expect him to be at his best in the remaining games.
