Aaron Rodgers has been unhappy with the coaches before, during the Mike McCarthy era. Now, several years after his firing, one NFL analyst has claimed the quarterback is becoming unsatisfied with the coaching staff once again.

Speaking on Pro Football Talk Live, NFL analyst Chris Simms claimed the quarterback's tone has shifted.

"It is weird, a quarterback of his stature kind of always giving the State of the Union address as far as how the football team is... This goes beyond like, 'Hey, we got some young guys. They got to keep up here. They're not doing a good enough job’, to, ‘Yes, you're borderline not happy with the way the coach is coaching the football team.'"

He continued, claiming the criticism will not cease:

"'So he's going to continue to call out these mistakes. And this week, he goes up to another level. And yeah, within doing that, that's where he's got to be careful. It's not a good look because it does look like he's throwing the coaches under the bus.'"

Aaron Rodgers' 2022 start compared to Tom Brady

Both No. 12s are under immense pressure after a less than ideal start to 2022. Through seven games, both quarterbacks are under .500 at 3-4. Both are coming off arguably their worst loss of the season.

However, the big question is: Are both quarterbacks falling off? Here's a look at how both have played this season.

Looking at the entire season through seven games, Rodgers has thrown for 11 touchdowns, three interceptions, and 1,597 yards, completing 66.8 percent of his throws. Meanwhile, Tom Brady has thrown for eight touchdowns, one interception, and 1,942 yards, completing 66.9 percent of his throws.

Some would look at this comparison and look at one set of numbers compared to another and pick a winner. However, others looking at the big picture would say both statlines are close enough to lump into the same boat.

The two also squared off earlier this season when Aaron Rodgers outlasted Tom Brady in an 18-20 win.

Put simply, fans are hoping for an explosion from either quarterback against the next opponent. The Buffalo Bills will face Aaron Rodgers and the Packers on Sunday Night Football.

Meanwhile, Tom Brady and the Buccaneers also have a primetime matchup this week. They will play on Thursday Night Football against the Baltimore Ravens.
