Alix Earle gushes over Braxton Berrios for putting up with her 'craziness' in heartfelt tribute

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Braxton Berrios' girlfriend, Alix Earle, has often praised him for his contributions to keeping their relationship healthy. On Thursday's episode of the "Hot Mess" podcast, Earle shared that a major part of why she and Berrios have been dating for so long is due to his compatibility with her nature.

"He's very like open to my issues," she said. "He's like okay like no stress. He doesn't ever try to like push anything or push me in any type of way, even when I couldn't commit to saying that we were dating for so long.

"I was like, 'the label's going to stress me out' cause then once we say we're dating, then like then we have to know like when we're breaking up. I just like I would freak out like that, so he was like, 'Ok, so then like's let's not have a label on it.' Like he's very like chill with my craziness." (53:07)

Alix Earle has been enjoying a romantic vacation with Braxton Berrios in Saint Barthelemy since last week. The couple celebrated New Year's together on the Caribbean island, and the SI model later shared romantic moments with a wide receiver on Instagram.

Braxton Berrios on dating secret for healthy relationship

Alix Earle invited boyfriend Braxton Berrios on her "Hot Mess" podcast on Nov 28. During his appearance, the Dolphins wide receiver opened up about the importance of "date nights" in their relationship:

"I think it's important to go on date nights like you can't. Obviously, we're still dating, but even for like married couples and all that. I know a lot of my coaches for instance, their schedule is ridiculous. You think ours is bad it's like not even close.

"But they're like, 'I try every week to like go on a date with my wife cause that's our one time.' I don't think you should ever start or stop like dating. I think it's very like key to a healthy relationship and you know." (24:45)

Braxton Berrios and Alix Earle celebrated their first anniversary in November. Before dating the wide receiver, the SI model said she wasn’t interested in having a boyfriend. However, her opinion changed soon after she started dating Berrios.
