“An embarrassment” – Eagles, Chiefs players slipping on turf draws strong reaction from NFL fans

The Super Bowl was supposed to be an advertisement for football between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs. But instead, all that anyone could talk about was the turf. Players kept slipping and losing their grip. The quarterbacks lost their footing, defenders could not get a grip, running backs kept losing their balance and kickers and punters slipped while executing kicks. Once the game is over, there might be disagreements, but one thing that will unite every NFL fan is that the field was not fit for a Super Bowl.
