Mark Andrews injury: How long will the Baltimore Ravens TE be out for?
While the kind of injury Andrews suffered is unclear, it could possibly be an AC joint sprain if it isn't too serious. If it's a grade 1 sprain, he would expect to miss a game or two. If he suffered a grade two sprain, he could miss two to four games.
Andrews got involved early in the game as he recorded three receptions for 33 yards on the game's first few drives.
He was drafted in the third round of the 2019 NFL draft at pick number 86 by the Ravens.
In his four full seasons that he's played in, he's been one of the best tight ends in the league. Last season, he recorded a career-high 107 receptions and career-high yards with 1,361 and led the league in touchdowns for tight ends with nine.
He's made the Pro Bowl in 2019 and 2021 and was a first-team All-Pro last season.
If Andrews is out for an extended period of time, it would be detrimental for the Ravens offense and Lamar Jackson as he is the best weapon on the offense.
