Braxton Berrios's girlfriend Alix Earle recalls nervousness attending Dolphins ladies' Christmas party

Earlier this week, Braxton Berrios's girlfriend Alix Earle attended the Christmas party for the partners of the Miami Dolphins' players. Earle recently opened up about how she felt "nervous" about meeting the people she hadn't met before, on a TikTok post.

On Thursday, Alix Earle posted a "get ready with me" video on her TikTok, in which she could be seen doing her makeup for the Dolphins holiday party. In the clip Earle posted, spoke about her nervousness about meeting "new people" at the party:

"Let’s get ready for a Christmas party with the Dolphins wives and girlfriends. I’m not gonna lie, I’m kind of nervous because I don’t really know any of the girls. There’s 15 of us [and] I’ve met a few of them, but a lot of them live a little more north of Miami. Also, I feel like I’m the only one (who) doesn’t have kids and a baby."

"We had to get gifts for everyone, so I had to get 15 different gifts. I hung out with a lot of the girls when we went to the Kansas City [Chiefs] game last year," Earle said. "I feel like you guys wouldn’t expect this from me, but I’m, kind of, shy when I meet new people. And people take that as, ‘Oh my God, she’s so b**chy.’ But in my head, I’m like, ‘What am I doing here?’"

Apart from Alix Earle, Jordan Poyer's wife Rachel Bush also attended the Dolphins Christmas party. Interestingly, Bush was the party's host and impressed Earle so much that the SI model labeled her as the "best host," while sharing a glimpse of the Holiday party.

Braxton's Berrios' girlfriend Alix Earle opened up about battling anxiety

Alix Earle has been battling with major anxiety issues since high school. During Thursday's episode of the "Great Company" podcast, Earle opened up about her struggles with anxiety. Speaking about her journey with anxiety, she said:

"I have diagnosed anxiety so, I'm on Lexapro (Escitalopram) every day... I guess I've been on it for so long now that I kind of forget that I'm on it. I started it when I was a freshman in high school, so 14-15 years old." (1:20)

Earle went on to talk about how she did not want to depend on the medication and felt that she could handle this condition without medication. However, she mentioned how her anxiety was so bad that she could not even leave her house which is when she realized the value of the medication.

Alix Earle and Braxton Berrios have been dating for over a year now, and the Dolphins wide receiver recently revealed the secret sauce to a healthy relationship.
