McAfee has made a lot of jokes about the situation, but "Undisputed" host Sharpe appears to be willing to take the fight to Favre. According to Daniel Kaplan, Sharpe has filed a motion to move the lawsuit from state court to federal court.

In a way, Pat McAfee has made himself the center of attention for Packers fans. On one hand, he's serving as one of the main sources of news about Aaron Rodgers' future, while on the other, he is battling Brett Favre in court.
In an appearance on the Pat McAfee Show, Rodgers revealed his intentions to play for the New York Jets. However, the Packers and Jets haven't agreed on a deal to ship the quarterback to the Big Apple. They are reportedly still far apart in their valuation of the quarterback.
