Nick Chubb suffered an unfortunate ending to his 2023 NFL season with the Cleveland Browns last year. In just his second game of the season, he suffered a devastating season-ending knee injury.

It was a major blow to the Browns. He missed just seven games across his first five seasons, which is particularly impressive for his grueling position and physical running style.

Knee injuries can be extremely difficult for any running back to come back from, but it appears that Chubb is well on his way. A video recently went viral of him doing an intense offseason workout, including hopping on one leg.

Many fans were impressed by Chubb's recovery process:

"After that injury I was concerned about him just keeping his leg. If it weren't Nick Chubb, this would be hard to believe," said another.
"How is this even possible," posted another.

Other fans offered advice for Chubb:

"Use balance boards. Anything to increase balance," stated anohter.
"It's all mental from this point forward," replied another.

Following Chubb's daunting diagnosis of a torn MCL and damaged ACL in the same knee that he injured during his stint with the Georgia Bulldogs, many around the NFL questioned if he would even play in the upcoming 2024 season. While that is still yet to be seen, he appears to be well on his way to getting back on the gridiron

His personal running back coach, Brad Lester, also commented on Chubb's recovery, telling Mary Kay Cabot in a recent interview that it's the quickest recovery from this type of injury that he has ever seen.

He has yet to be cleared for contact, but being ahead of schedule is surely encouraging for his overall outlook this year.

Browns added RB reinforcements for 2024, with Nick Chubb's availability questionable

When Nick Chubb suffered a season-ending knee injury during the 2023 NFL season, Jerome Ford took over as his primary replacement. He could potentially serve as their starter again this year if Chubb isn't ready for the start of the season, but the Browns also added depth to the position during this offseason.

Most notably, they signed D'Onta Foreman, who spent last year with the Chicago Bears. He will serve as a potential insurance policy for their injured superstar, as well as Nyheim Hines, who was with the Buffalo Bills last season.

Their depth chart is rounded out by Pierre Strong, Aidan Robbins, and John Kelly as they prepare for the upcoming 2024 season.
