NFL fans had a lot to say about the Buffalo Bills asking fans for help to remove snow ahead of the Sunday night matchup against the San Francisco 49ers.

With a post on X (formerly Twitter), the AFC East franchise sent out a message to their supporters.

"Winter is coming. 🥶 In anticipation of the upcoming snowfall, we're asking Bills Mafia to register to be a prospective snow shoveler," they tweeted on Friday.

This didn't please plenty of fans, who criticized the team for resorting to fans instead of hiring a company to take care of the situation.

"Billion dollar company can’t afford a proper snow removal service. I’ll never understand it," one fan said.
"Why dont you billionaires pay thats ridiculous," another fan questioned.
"Feel free to sign up to shovel snow for free while billionaires laugh," another fan ironically wrote.

Others were more positive about this, noting that it could be a good opportunity for fans to get closer to the franchise while making fun of the people criticizing the team.

"People throwing a fit over fans helping their favorite team while getting paid is hilarious," one fan wrote.
"$20 an hour plus food and hot beverages for a fun gig supporting your tesm plus priceless content is a fair deal. Who Says No in Buffalo!" another fan said.

The Buffalo Bills already lived a similar situation last year in the hours prior to their first-round playoff matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The game was in jeopardy due to the snow covering the stadium and the team asked fans to go to Highmark Stadium to help clean the venue.

They did a pretty good job and cleared most of the stadium, clearing the way for the game that the Bills would easily win.
