Despite being away from his fiancée, Sydney Horne, for work, LA Chargers star Ladd McConkey never misses a chance to give her romantic surprises. Horne recently came back from one such surprise, a glimpse of which she shared with her fans on Instagram.

On Thursday, Horne shared an Instagram story featuring a picture that showed off the beautiful flowers she received from McConkey upon her homecoming to California.

Horne shared an emotional message, attached with the picture, which read:

"Truly the luckiest girl in the world!!! I love you @ladd.mcconkey. Landed back in CA & came back home to this."

In the Instagram story, a bouquet of red tulips can be seen showcased on Sydney Horne's kitchen table, along with a box of scented candles and a handwritten note that said:

"Syd."

Sydney Horne visited Georgia to cheer for Ladd McConkey during the Chargers vs. Falcons matchup at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The Chargers succeeded in beating the Falcons 17-13, with McConkey scoring 117 receiving yards and nine receptions. Horne celebrated the Chargers win with an adorable appreciation post.

On Sunday, Sydney Horne celebrated the Chargers' win over the Falcons and her seventh anniversary with fiancé Ladd McConkey with an adorable Instagram post. Horne shared a handful of cozy moments with McConkey in her carousel post, along with a caption that read:

"Happy 7 years to us To know you is to love you! I’m so proud of you, your character, and your fight!!! I love you @ladd.mcconkey ! April can’t come soon enough!! Here’s to another Chargers win!! BTFU."

Ladd McConkey and Sydney Horne have been dating for more than seven years, with their relationship starting in December 2017. The two met in high school and continued seeing each other over the years, despite the wide receiver's busy football career.

After more than six years of dating, McConkey finally went down on one knee to propose to Horne. The couple got engaged in June earlier this year and broke the news to the fans almost a month later. They are expected to get married in April next year.
