Christmas is quickly approaching, and preparations have already begun at the Kansas City Chiefs CEO Clark Hunt's home. The Hunts have a special tradition for Christmas, the details of which Clark’s daughter Gracie recently shared.
Gracie Hunt was interviewed by PEOPLE on Saturday during the premiere of the movie "Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story." Gracie opened up about her fun tradition for Christmas that she wishes to carry forward into her own family.
"A lot of our traditions change based on our Chiefs football schedule. This is the second year we'll be playing on Christmas, which we're really excited about. It's actually a fun little family tradition that we now get to do," Gracie said.
"You would always hide pickles in the Christmas tree, and we'd have to find this pickle ornament. She'd [Tavia] hide it in the tree, and we'd have to go and find it. I'll probably continue that one with my family one day,” Gracie added.

A week ago Gracie enjoyed a cozy dinner date with boyfriend Cody Keith at Charlotte. Apart from Gracie, her mother Tavia also shared interesting details about her Christmas celebrations, during the same interview.
Tavia Hunt opened up about celebrating Christmas with kids
Gracie Hunt was accompanied by her mother Tavia during the same interview with PEOPLE, who recalled her "best" Christmas celebrations. Tavia explained another tradition in her house about who would get the chance to open the gifts.
"Whoever was on their best behavior got to open the first gift. So there was always a little competition," Tavia said.
Tavia Hunt revealed her plans to binge-watch "Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story" this season.
"We love to put on our pajamas and cozy up together and do marathons of Hallmark movies. We have lots of fun, and we're looking forward to watching this one on repeat," Tavia said.
After cheering for the Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium vs Raiders, Gracie Hunt would be looking forward to accompanying mother Tavia at the team's upcoming clash against the Chargers.
