On Sunday, Andy Reid will lead the Kansas City Chiefs to their seventh straight AFC title game. Clark Hunt, owner and CEO of the Chiefs, is well aware of how special of a coach his team has.

On Wednesday, Hunt was a guest on the NFL Network's "Good Morning Football". Co-host Kyle Brandt praised the organization for their success and asked Hunt to tell himself something about head coach Andy Reid that most people wouldn't know.

[00:03:34] He's such a special person," Hunt said. "Obviously, an incredible coach. But I think the thing that people don't really know about Andy is the relationships that he has with all of his players and all of his coaching staff. If you talk to any of them, they would tell you, 'Hey, Andy knows me as a person.'
"And I think that's really a lot of his secret to his success, which is that he has these personal relationships with the players. He'll also hold them accountable when he needs to. But the players accept it because they know he cares about them as a person."

Andy Reid pointed out one of Chiefs' weak spots ahead of AFC title game

The Kansas City Chiefs went 15-2 and have the number one seed in the AFC playoff picture. The Chiefs defeated Houston in the AFC Divisional Round and will now face their nemesis, the Buffalo Bills, in the AFC Championship Game.

As Kansas City prepares for its seventh consecutive appearance in the AFC title game, head coach Andy Reid pointed out a weakness in his team's game plan. Reid noted that the defense needs to get the stop on third down.

“One of the things we’ll keep working on is you’ve got to be able to get off the field on third downs. We keep stressing that Steve (Spagnuolo) does, and so we’ve got to, you know, you’ve got to be able to take care of those third downs. Especially when you’ve worked so hard and put yourself in a good position. Bills do a heck of a job with that. They’re a really good football team offensively,” Reid told reporters on Monday.

The Chiefs defense sacked Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud eight times and will need to get to Josh Allen before he can make a play this week.
