Denver Broncos rookie Bo Nix and his wife Izzy have bought a $4 million property, as per The Denver Post. Located in Castle Pines, Colorado, this is a luxurious purchase by the young QB.
However, fans have had varied reactions to news of Nix's big purchase.
While some ended up cheering Nix for his new home, many warned him not to set down roots in a town he might have to move out of. Playing with Oregon in college and born in Arkansas, Nix was the 12th pick in the 2024 NFL draft.

"Confidence is sky high," one fan wrote.
"24 years old living the absolute dream," another fan said.
Some, however, were concerned about Nix's new address being out there for the world to see.
"Wow way to just air out his address to the world lol," one fan said.
"Why would you give out personal information like that? I’m sure he’s thrilled we know," another fan wrote.
Others, however, wondered if this was Nix's way of committing to the Denver Broncos. Of course, others wanted Nix to know buying a house so early in his career was probably a mistake.
"Hell yeah. I’d say that expensive of a house means he plans on staying on the Broncos as long as possible," one user said.
"Hope he doesn't get comfortable. He's got 2 years max in Denver," another used added.
A fan noted the possible profit Nix could make in two years.
"He should be able to sell that for a hefty profit in a year or 2," a fan said.
Bo Nix house: Exploring more details about the Broncos rookie's $4M new residence
For four million dollars, Bo Nix has secured a 6,551-square-foot property in Castle Rock's gated community: The Village. The property in Colorado was previously owned by former NFL running back Shane Vereen.
Vereen, who has played for the New York Giants and the New England Patriots, originally purchased the land in 2016 for $600,000 from Sterling Custom Homes.
The house was constructed in 2018 and has seven bathrooms and five bedrooms. It was listed for $4.2 million in April.
It comes furnished with amenities such as an outdoor kitchen, a closet-connected laundry room and a four-car garage.
