Trey Lance has had quite the fall from grace over the course of his career. Drafted third overall by the San Francisco 49ers after a monstrous trade-up, he was expected to eventually become the face of the franchise.However, injuries and the eventual rise of Brock Purdy prevented that from happening, and he was eventually traded to the Dallas Cowboys in 2023 for a fourth-round pick.
