Most thought that the matchup between the Cleveland Browns and Denver Broncos would be a snoozefest given the state of the Browns' offense and the lockdown nature of the Broncos' defense – but Jameis Winston had other plans.

On a night when the Browns didn't have much to play for, Jameis Winston delivered the most Jameis Winston game ever, throwing for 497 yards, three interceptions and four touchdowns to cap off an eventful night for mixed reasons. Two of Winston's INTs turned into pick-6s. The third INT came with 34 seconds left, sealing the Browns' fate as they handed the Broncos a 41-32 win.

Interestingly, Winston also set the Browns' single-game franchise record by throwing for 497 yards. Dallas Cowboys legend Michael Irvin tuned into the game and after the Browns QB's third INT sealed the night, all Irvin could do was tweet his amusement at how things played out with Winston under center:

Former Cowboys QB Troy Aikman's Jameis Winston take called into question

Troy Aikman and Joe Buck were in the booth for this Week 13 showdown between the Broncos and the Browns on Monday Night Football. Aikman has made a name for himself as a top broadcaster since swapping his cleats for oxfords but on this night, one of his takes was called into question.

On the broadcast, Aikman noted that he could potentially beat Jameis Winston in a race since the Browns QB runs a 5-flat 40.

"I think, I could beat him...In the day, for sure. I tore my hamstring a year ago at Barry's Bootcamp. And I'll be darned. That thing still hasn't healed up," Aikman said.

NFL fans weren't buying the former Cowboys QB's excuses:

"Troy Aikman vs Jameis Winston in a race. Needs to happen," one fan wrote on X/Twitter.
"Troy Aikman just said he could beat Jameis Winston in a foot race in the year 2024 of our lord," another fan said.

Winston and Co. will look to bounce back when they take on the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday.
