Dak Prescott announces engagement to girlfriend Sarah Jane after adorable proposal with daughter MJ

Dak Prescott and his girlfriend Sarah Jane are officially engaged. The Dallas Cowboys star announced the news via Instagram on Friday, pulling off the proposal with the help of their months-old daughter, MJ Rose.

Dressed in white, Prescott added the question through his daughter's T-shirt.

The family posed together, with MJ Rose facing the camera while the two shared a kiss. A ring, of course, is clearly visible on Jane's hand.

"4ever w/ [Sarah Jane]," Prescott wrote on his story.

MJ Rose's T-shirt read:

"Hi mommy. Daddy has a question for you."

The 'O' in you, however, was turned into a ring.

Though public about their relationship now, Jane and Prescott went official in 2023. They announced their pregnancy soon after, with Jane providing regular updates on Instagram.

The family makes sure to spend time together despite Dak Prescott's busy schedule, currently enjoying the Cowboys bye week.

The family of three was recently out for lunch together, and Sarah posted a photo of the other two on her Instagram story.

"My 🌎," Jane wrote.

Though the announcement has been made, the two are yet to reveal an exact date or timeline for their wedding.
